Scientific interest: I am interested in research at the interface of Cancer Biology and Genomics, especially the discovery of role of vitamin D in Bladder cancer stem cells. I am working on project entitled - Study of inhibitory effects of calcitriol (1α,25 dihydroxyvitamin D3) on bladder cancer stem cells and their mechanism of its action. My research is focused to establish the role of Calcitriol (Vitamin D3) on Bladder cancer stem like cells T24 and 5637 cells and effect on stemness, proliferation and wnt signaling pathway.
