Scientific interest: My research focuses on breast cancer treatment by using combination therapy strategy, finding new molecular pathways and development of novel cancer therapeutics. I am utilizing various genetic, biochemical, and genomic experimental approach. I am using ex vivo (cultured mammalian cells and using CRISPR-Cas9 technology) and in vivo (genetically modified mouse) models for the study.
