Scientific interest: Currently working as Application Scientist in Molecular Diagnostics, involved in molecular diagnosis of viral diseases including Covid19, hepatitis C virus (HCV), hepatitis B virus (HBV), Human papilloma virus (HPV), bacterial disease such as Tuberculosis (TB), in addition working in area of cancer diagnosis through detection and analysis of mutations in cancer cells genome through Real Time PCR and Next Generation sequencing (NGS). Core area of interest is to explore the genetic variations & disorders in preborn, new born babies and cancer cell genome.
