My research lies at the intersection of space biology and cancer biology. I am particularly interested in investigating how major-space related stress factors, especially simulated microgravity, influence cellular and moelcular mechanisms. My current work focuses on understanding the alterations in these mechanisms when cancer cells are exposed to simulated microgravity witht the goal of uncovering novel insights into cancer risk and progression.
